Video Editing for Teenage Kicks

During the Teenage Kicks Biennales of 2013 and 2015, I created several video edits designed to support the event’s online communication. The goal: to deliver a rhythmic, visual, and immersive perspective on the large-scale graffiti artworks created in situ.

Immersing in Contemporary Graffiti.

Each edit was crafted to highlight:

  • the raw energy of monumental graffiti
  • the texture of walls, hand gestures, pigments
  • the tempo of the city transformed by visual art

narrative and dynamic editing style, specifically designed for online distribution.

Works & artists highlighted.

The installations brought together a selection of works from both editions, several of which were exhibited in Rennes for the Teenage Kicks event..

  • 2013 Edition :

    • Aryz
    • Flying Fortress
    • 123 KLAN
    • Honet
    • KEM5
    • Seth

I selected and edited the shots around their murals, with a view to visual clarity, contrast, and graphic enhancement..

  • 2015 Edition :

    • MIST
    • Hell’o Monsters
    • Sobekcis
    • Dino Voodoo

A Rennes-Based Contribution.

Each video aimed to capture:

the energy of large-scale graffiti
the textures of walls, gestures, pigments
the rhythm of the city transformed by visual art

A narrative and dynamic editing process, designed for digital platforms.

A Rennes-Based Contribution ?

As a Rennes-based creative, I documented key moments of the biennale in the city, capturing the progress of artworks over several days. This contribution extended the visual impact of local graffiti across Rennes, Saint-Malo, and the wider Ille-et-Vilaine region.
